Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to reserve the date of the wedding.  The remaining balance of the package is due the Monday before the wedding.

All packages are subject to 6% sales tax

Any weddings or receptions occurring outside of Lancaster or Lebanon County, PA, will be charged $.50 a mile from the County line.

If the wedding and reception take more than the 6 hours included in the package, the extra time will be billed at $50 an hour.

The Bride and Groom must provide 2 seats at the reception for the Photographer and assistant.  Those ordering the budget package need to provide only 1 seat.

Orders will not be processed until the balance is paid in full.  Wedding album must be ordered within one year of the wedding date.  A $100 fee will be added to any album order after the one year mark.  Extra prints can be ordered up to 7 years after the wedding date without any extra fee.

Photography by Leann retains exclusive rights to all pictures taken.  Any reproduction without written permission from Leann Brown violates the U.S. Copyright law.

Prices are subject to change.  Prices will be determined by the date the contract is signed, not by the date of the event.
